Thanks for joining us.

FT: The result means that Barcelona progress into their tenth consecutive Champions League Quarter-final whilst Paris Saint-Germain bow out at the hands of the Catalans for the third time in five seasons.

FT: The result is a tough one for PSG to take as they spurned a 4-0 first-leg lead to lose 6-5. A poor decision from the referee to award Barcelona a penalty after Suárez made a meal of minimal contact from Marquinhos has cost the Parisians, whose poor defence succumbed to Barcelona’s offensive threat. However they did have a number of chances to put the tie to bed. First Cavani hit the post before firing home on the half-volley. Then Cavani spurned a great chance when played through on-goal although Ter Stegen made a fine save with his feet before substitute Di María chipped the ball wide after being played through on-goal.

FT: Barcelona’s pressure on PSG forced the visitors into a number of errors, evidently when Meunier conceded a penalty when he stumbled and caught Neymar. Messi converted the resulting spot-kick before Marquinhos cleared a strike from substitute Turan off the line. Messi then dragged an effort just wide before Neymar had an effort blocked into the side-netting. Neymar then scored a fine freekick before converting a contentious penalty after Suárez threw himself to the ground under minimal contact from Marquinhos. That was before substitute Roberto fired home the winner after PSG failed to properly clear a Barcelona freekick.

FT: So Barcelona have produced the impossible to overturn a 4-0 first-leg deficit and progress into the Quarter-finals.

HT: So will Barcelona add to their tally to take the match to Extra-time or will PSG hold onto their aggregate lead? Join us again for the second-half.

HT: Barcelona need to get Messi and Suárez more involved given their quality in the final-third. The Catalans need to be more clinical and two more goals will take the match to Extra-time. The La Liga leaders also need to be wary of the PSG threat as they cannot afford to concede an away goal.

HT: The visitors haven’t created many chances as expected against Barcelona at the Camp Nou, but they did have a good chance when Rakitić lost possession but Moura’s effort was tame. Cavani has lacked service and will need to get more involved in the game especially against Piqué, who is also on a yellow card. The French side need to be more clinical in front of goal if they are to snatch an away-goal and they have players like Ángel Di María on the bench, who may be the difference, although they need to defend much better.

HT: The hosts deserve their lead due to a dominant display but they have had a huge slice of fortune for both goals as a result of some lacklustre defending from PSG. First Verratti failed to deal with a Rafinha cross and Trapp was caught in no-man’s land, allowing Suárez to nip-in and head the ball home. Messi, Neymar and Iniesta went close from-range but their efforts were just off-target. Suárez then tested Trapp with a tame effort when he really should have forced the keeper into more action. Kurzawa then gifted the hosts the second of the night when he miscued his clearance after Marquinhos failed to clear his lines.

HT: So Barcelona lead at the break but they require another two goals to take the tie into Extra-time.
