Thanks for joining us.

FT: The result means that Arsenal won their 13th FA Cup title while Chelsea spurned the chance to secure a domestic double. The victory also means that Arsène Wenger became the first manager to win seven FA Cup titles.

FT: Chelsea will be disappointed with Moses, having been in the ascendancy in the second-half, the Nigerian foolishly dived while on a booking, which eventually cost his side. Chelsea created a number of good chances, first Kanté’s deflected strike was saved by Ospina before Moses’ effort was palmed away by the Colombian keeper. Pedro then curled an effort just wide before Moses was dismissed. Costa then fired home to briefly level the scores before Ramsey put the Gunner ahead. Luiz then headed wide from a Willian freekick before Costa was brilliantly denied by Ospina.

FT: Arsenal could have won more comfortably had they been more clinical from their chances and on another day their missed opportunities may well have proved to be costly. However they managed to get the result in the end. First Bellerín surged forward before firing an effort just wide. Ramsey then headed home to put Arsenal in front after Costa’s equaliser before Bellerín forced Courtois into a good save. Özil then spurned a great chance when he cut-inside to fire an effort against the post, when he should have scored, but it ultimately didn’t matter.

FT: So Arsenal have won the FA Cup for a record 13th time.

45′ Arsenal get the second-half underway.

HT: So will Arsenal add to their tally or will Chelsea come back in this match and stun the Gunners? Join us again for the second-half.

HT: Arsenal will need to find a second goal to put the tie to bed. They have had a catalog of chances but haven’t been clinical enough and won’t want to rue their missed opportunities given their opposition’s quality. Chelsea will need to get Hazard and Costa more involved, both players have looked isolated and will require better service if they are to come back in this match.

HT: Chelsea didn’t start well and the early Arsenal goal didn’t help. However they did create a couple of chances with Costa denied by a fine Ospina save before Pedro fired an effort over the bar from close-range.

HT: The Gunners started well and opened the scoring after controversial circumstances as Sánchez appeared to handle the ball before firing home after Ramsey left the ball from an offside position. Özil then spurned a good chance when through on-goal when his lobbed effort was cleared off the line by Cahilll. Welbeck then hit the post from an Özil corner with Ramsey hitting the post from the follow-up before Welbeck had an effort cleared off the line by Cahill. Xhaka then forced Courtois into a fine save following a corner.

HT: So Arsenal lead at the break.
