Thanks for joining us.

FT: The result means that Fiorentina remain in eighth on 41 points, five points ahead of Torino in ninth on 36 points.

FT: Torino deserve full credit for their comeback. The visitors got into some promising positions and the pressure paid off. First they were awarded a penalty when Boyé was sent tumbling by Salcedo but Belotti fired the ball against the bar before the striker headed home following a corner. Then Baselli tested Tătărușanu with a tame strike before Belotti’s volley from a Baselli cross levelled the scores. Ljajić then forced Tătărușanu into a fine save late-on. Hart’s saves in the first-half proved to be crucial too as the hosts could have been out of sight at the break.

FT: The hosts had a number of chances to put the game to bed and in the end they were made to rue them. First Saponara fired the ball inches wide after good play from Chiesa, whose half-v0lley was straightforward for Hart, who made light-work of Tello’s tame effort. Olivera did go close late-on with his curling cross but again a lack of clinical finishing from Fiorentina has cost them. It could have been much worse for the Violas had Belotti scored from the penalty-spot too.

FT: So Fiorentina spurn a 2-0 lead in successive matches to draw with Torino.

HT: The next goal will be crucial and should Fiorentina find it, they may put the game to bed. Should Torino find the next goal they may grow in confidence to set -up a comeback. So will Fiorentina add to their tally or will Torino come back in this match? Join us again for the second-half.

HT: The hosts will know that they cannot afford to surrender a two-goal margin after events in the Europa League. The Violas will need to be more clinical if they are to put the game to bed and seal the victory. The hosts will also need to be wary of the Torino threat in atttack and be at their best defensively especially after what happened in the Europa League. Torino will need to get Belotti more involved, the striker hasn’t had enough service and has looked isolated for the majority of the half. Torino will need to be more clinical in front of goal and if they can provide Belotti with better service, he will undoubtedly prove to be threat to the Fiorentina back-line. However the visitors will need to be better defensively themselves. They will have to defend better from set-pieces and cannot allow the Violas to add to their tally as it could be three or four.

HT: The visitors have been relatively poor by their usual standards and are fortunate to be just the two goals down thanks to some fine saves from Hart. The visitors did create a few chances since going behind, first Boyé fired an effort at goal but it was straightforward for Tătărușanu. They then had a good chance to level the scores before the hosts doubled their lead when Boyé opted to tee up Benassi instead of going for goal himself with the latter’s effort blocked.

HT: The hosts thoroughly deserve the lead at the break and are rather unfortunate to not be further ahead. The Violas have created a number of good chances and found the opener after Saponara fired home the rebound after Hart palmed away a powerful strike from Valero. Then Kalinić was brilliantly denied by Hart after an error from Ajeti before Sánchez headed just wide from the resulting-corner. Tello then fired just wide following a swift break from a Torino corner before Kalinić fired just over the bar after Hart did well to palm away Tello’s strike. Saponara then went close when he fired just wide on the volley before Kalinić headed home from a Valero corner.

HT: So Fiorentina comfortably lead at the break.
