UEFA Euro 2016
Nouveau Stade de Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France
65′ Dragović Sent off (Second bookable offence)
Thanks for joining us.
FT: The result means that Hungary top Group E with three points before Portugal and Iceland face-off, whilst Austria go to the bottom with no points. It was Hungary’s first appearance since the 1972 Euros.
FT: Hungary played with confidence and could have scored more. Austria were below their usual standard and created very few clear-cut chances.
FT: So Hungary have caused the first real upset in the Euros. They’ve thoroughly deserved the victory against all odds against a Austria side who were frustrated and lost their discipline.

HT: So will Austria take the lead or will Hungary take their opportunities? Join us again for the second-half.
HT: Harnik also went close near the end when he met a good cross from Arnautović only to shoot wide on the slide. Dzsudzsák should have put Hungary ahead when he was played though on goal only to fire wide. With only a few chances created, both sides need to be more clinical if they are to win the game.
HT: Both sides had a few chances towards the latter stages of the half although Austria nearly got off to the perfect start when Alaba struck the post.
HT: So we’re goalless at the break with nothing to separate the two sides in a very even contest.
