FT: The result means that Wales top Group B with three points whilst Slovakia move to the bottom before England face-off against Russia.
FT: Wales played well and had chances to extend their lead with Ramsey and Bale going close but in the end it didn’t matter. Slovakia had chances to score but couldn’t take them with Nemec hitting the post and Mak firing over on the volley as well as Davies making a goal-line clearance to deny Hamšík a fabulous solo-goal.
FT: So Wales win their debut European Championship match. Two substitutes came off the bench to score but it was the Welsh substitute who scored the winner.
